Leslie Collins

Leslie Collins is the founding member of Cobblestone Retail Group, Inc., a full-service brokerage firm located in Roswell, Georgia. Ms. Collins has over 25 years of experience in the retail real estate industry.

Ms. Collins started her career as a Real Estate Representative for a national retailer. This provided a firm foundation in the fundamentals of retail store development and strategy. She also spent a number of years with a development company further expanding her knowledge base. Over the years, she has worked with notable retailers, such as CVS, Linens N Things, HH Gregg, Cost Plus World Market, Ethan Allen, The Sports Authority and The Home Depot. Currently, she serves as the exclusive tenant rep broker for multiple clients including Target Corporation, Sprouts Farmers Market, Petco Animal Supplies, Half Price Books, National Vision, Brinker International, Einstein Bros Bagels, Caribou Coffee and Leslie’s Pool Supplies. She also has experience in retail leasing and outparcel sales for existing and new developments and has co-developed a number of CVS/pharmacy drug stores.

Ms. Collins holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of North Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has served on the ICSC planning committee for the Atlanta ICSC. Ms. Collins is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.
