Our relationships with Developers and Landlords within these markets are outstanding and far-reaching. We represent a wide variety of retailers from big box anchors and junior boxes to small shop tenants allowing for the development of solid relationships with all levels of leasing at any given company.
Property Leasing
Our Landlord representation services focus on effective marketing strategies designed to meet clients’ goals and objectives. We achieve this by creating marketing plans developed and designed specifically for each property to maximize asset performance and value. This information allows for evaluation of transactions, tenant mix, deal structuring and overall portfolio strategy.
Our marketing program includes location analysis, brochures, aerials, maps, demographics and social media. We handle transactions from tenant prospecting, proposals, lease, construction coordination and move-in. Staying involved with local brokerage firms, regional and national tenants, as well as local businesses, is imperative to the success of our clients.
